Cardano Entry Of A Lifetime: Analyst Predicts 5,600% Rally To $25

Cardano is currently in a downtrend, continuing to show bearish tendencies as its price trends below $0.5. However, where many have seen an altcoin that does not have many prospects, crypto analyst FieryTrading believes that the digital asset is giving investors an opportunity to get in for cheap.

Cardano Can Break Out Of Parallel Channel

In an analysis on the TradingView website, crypto analyst FieryTrading alludes to Cardano’s ability to break out and go on a massive bull run. The analysis draws from a previous analysis where the analyst had pointed out that the Cardano price had entered a parallel channel.

This parallel channel emerged with the last cycle’s top going into the current cycle top with a line drawn from the last cycle’s bottom when the lockdown had sent crypto prices crashing. Despite the crypto analyst first pointing out this parallel channel back in 2023, they believe that it continues to remain valid, especially as the price continues to rtend low.

Back then, the crypto analyst had predicted that the ADA price, if it were to break out of this parallel channel, could rise as high as as $35. This bullish expectation continues with the most recent analysis, albeit with a price adjustment.

In the Wednesday analysis, FieryTrading notes that There is still the possibility for the altcoin’s price to reach the top of the channel. In this case, the price would fully complete the move toward $30. However, the crypto analyst’s chart carries a $25 target, which would be a 5,600% rally from its current level.

ADA Bears Maintain Control

Despite the bullish outlook maintained by the crypto analyst, Cardano has succumbed to the bears. The price has dropped as low as $0.44 in the last day, indicating a 1.38% decline. On a wider timeframe, the ADA price looks even worse, with an almost 28% drop in one month.

However, despite this trend, the analyst still believes that investing in Cardano right now is a risk worth taking. FieryTrading refers to it as “the entry of a lifetime” that could guarantee good returns. Moreover, the analyst gives it a R/R (risk/reward) ratio of 116, which is a good number.

For now, the ADA price is still struggling to hold up in the market. This is not helped by the decline in market sentiment, leading to a nasty 22% drop in its daily trading volume, according to data from Coinmarketcap.

Crypto Analyst Says Cardano Bloodbath Far From Over, Sets Bottom Price For ADA

Cardano has recovered from its April lows and continues to maintain a strong momentum above $0.45. This has prompted expectations that the altcoin will go on a rally from here. However, not everyone shares this sentiment as one crypto analyst expects the price to crash further from here.

Cardano Will Crash Back Below $0.45

In the latest video on his YouTube channel that revolved around Cardano’s future trajectory, crypto analyst, ‘More Crypto Online’, revealed why the ADA price is poised for more decline. The analyst pointed out that the altcoin is currently in its 3-wave corrective rally.

Now, the Elliot Wave Theory which is being referred to by the crypto analyst consists of five waves. Out of the five, three are bullish and two are bearish. The bullish waves involve the 1, 3, and 5, with 2 and 4 being bearish waves.

If the analyst is correct and the Cardano price has only completed three waves so far, that means the fourth wave, which is a bearish wave, is yet to be established. As a result, the crypto analyst believes that the Cardano price will further break down as it enters the fourth wave.

He further pointed out that the altcoin’s price had fallen below the $0.48 support, which was an important level for it. This, coupled with the fact that it is yet to enter the fourth wave, has the analyst convinced that the price crash is far from over.

As for where the ADA price might end up in this fourth wave, the crypto analyst believes it will go as low as $0.42 before recovering again. However, the good news is that once the fourth wave is completed, it gives way for the fifth wave to begin, which is the most bullish of all the waves and could see the ADA price barrel past $1.

ADA Metrics Still Bullish

Despite the bearish outlook presented by the crypto analyst, major Cardano metrics continue to show bullish divergence. For example, the daily trading volume of the altcoin has risen almost 17% in the last day to cross $286 million, data from CoinMarketCap shows.

This drastic rise in daily trading volume suggests a return of interest in the altcoin and this could quickly translate to a bullish trend, especially in the short term. Additionally, the fact that the price is on the rise at this time suggests that the majority of the transactions as a result of this renewed interest is from buyers rather than sellers. This suggests that the price will continue to rise if this demand is sustained.

At the time of writing, ADA is still sitting firmly above $0.45, with a 1.78% increase in the last day.

Crypto Prediction Website Reveals When The Cardano Price Will Reach $45

Crypto prediction website Telegaon has provided insights into when Cardano (ADA) will hit $45. A rise to that price level represents an 8.900% price gain from its current price level, which will appeal to ADA holders, especially given the crypto token’s recent unimpressive price action.

When Cardano Will Rise To $45

Telegaon predicted in a blog post that Cardano will reach $45 by 2050. They highlighted $45.87 as the maximum price the crypto token will likely attain that year. Meanwhile, $39.12 and $42.41 are predicted to be ADA’s minimum and average prices that year. The prediction site claims that Cardano’s parabolic rise will occur due to several factors.

Cardano price prediction

These factors include “trading volume, market trends, investor sentiment, technological developments, and external influences.” It is worth noting that the Cardano has performed incredibly well in terms of technological advancements as the network has continued to rank among the top blockchains by development activity.

This factor is expected to play a massive role in Cardano’s attainment of this price prediction, especially considering that the crypto projects likely to survive until 2050 are the ones that can adapt and progress with the times. Cardano has shown such quality, seeing how the team has continued to build actively, especially with the implementation of the network’s smart contract functionality

Meanwhile, Telegaon also outlined its price predictions for Cardano in the years leading up to 2050. In the short term, they do not seem bullish on Cardano as they predict that the highest price the crypto token could rise to this year is $2.15. Based on their prediction, Cardano will likely surpass its all-time high (ATH) of $3.10 in 2025, as they predict that $3.14 is the maximum price the crypto token will hit next year.

More Bullish Price Predictions For ADA This Year

Last year, Dan Gambardello, the founder of Crypto Capital Venture, suggested that Cardano could rise to as high as $11 this year. Specifically, he mentioned that the crypto token will rise to this level when the bull run returns after the Bitcoin halving. With the halving already taking place, Cardano could be primed for such a run.

Crypto expert Jason Appleton made a more bullish prediction, stating that Cardano would rise to $32 in this bull market. Appleton added that this price level is attainable in the “most prime of conditions by the peak of this bull market cycle.” The crypto expert claimed that this parabolic rise would make Cardano one of the most valuable altcoins during this cycle.

At the time of writing, Cardano is trading at around $0.44, up over 4% in the last 24 hours according to data from CoinMarketCap.

Crypto Analyst Predicts Cardano Recovery After ABC Wave Completion, Here’s The Target

Cardano suffered a massive price crash over the last two weeks. However, with the market recovery, the ADA price has begun to see some positive headwinds. Analysts expect this recovery to continue, with one crypto analyst in particular, who goes by CobraVanguard, expecting a bullish continuation toward $1.

Cardano Completes The ABC Wave

The crypto market crash, led by Bitcoin, saw the prices of Cardano and other altcoins plunge into a dreaded ABC wave. This wave is notorious for causing massive dips to the tune of 50%, leaving investors in losses in its wake.

The crypto analyst revealed that Wave A had taken place when Cardano had fallen from $0.8 to $0.57, and then Wave B saw the recovery from $0.57 to $0.68. The third and final wave, Wave C, saw the price crash from $0.77 to $0.4 before bouncing upward once again, signaling the completion of the ABC wave.

As with all other crashes, there comes a time when the ABC wave is over, and the price of an altcoin can recover, and it seems Cardano has entered this range. The price of the altcoin has since recovered above $0.5, with the bulls now taking control.

From here, the analyst expects the recovery to continue and rally with a new wave. “After the fifth bullish wave, Cardano has completed his corrective waves (ABC) and now he has reached the end of the wedge, now it is time to start the five bullish waves,” CobraVanguard said.

ADA price chart from Tradingview.com

ADA Price Targets

CobraVanguard outlines a number of reasons why they believe that the Cardano price is going to be bullish. Firstly, they outline an ascending structure of the chart, which suggests a bullish continuation. Next is the bullish wedge that is forming in the chart. Also, high-potential areas are becoming clearer in the chart, as the analyst outlined.

In the first wave, the analyst outlines a possible jump to $0.77. From here, they expect that the price will retrace a bit to $0.64 before resuming the uptrend. However, the analyst takes a more conservative stance compared to other analysts about the top, putting it somewhere around $1.09.

The analyst further pointed out that in a situation where the wedge were to break down, it could invalidate this, and possibility lead to a decline in price. “Note that if the WEDGE is broken down with the power of descending candles, our analysis will fail,” CobraVanguard concluded.

Crypto Analyst Predicts Cardano Rally To $3 As Price Reaches ‘Ultimate Support Test’

Crypto analyst Trend Rider has drawn Cardano (ADA) holders’ attention to the crypto token’s potential to experience a significant price rally soon enough. Based on Trend Rider’s analysis, Cardano could rise to as high as $3 when this happens.

Cardano To Rise To $3 If History Repeats Itself

Trend Rider mentioned in an X (formerly Twitter) post that if history repeats itself, Cardano might be on the brink of its “ultimate support test” before it makes a parabolic move to the upside. He further suggested that the crypto token could soar to $3, considering the same happened in October 2020 when Cardano’s price dipped to $0.10 and skyrocketed to $3 afterwards.

The crypto analyst also revealed that Cardano was currently experiencing a bullish Relative Strength Index (RSI) crossover and retest, which could mean it was indeed gearing up for another parabolic move. This RSI crossover is an indicator that “perfectly predicts bull and bear markets for ADA.”

Cardano

Meanwhile, in an earlier X post, Trend Rider explained how crucial it was for Cardano to hold its current support level. According to him, ADA’s price is “right now at an extremely critical level, and if it fails to hold its current support zone, then it could fall quickly to $0.25.” However, if Cardano manages to hold above this support level, then this could be the “exact bottom right now” before it rises to $1, Trend Rider claimed.

Trend Rider further elaborated that Cardano’s next move will depend “entirely” on what Bitcoin does. He predicts that altcoins like Carano will experience a “monstrous bounce” if the flagship crypto rises above $65,000 after its current price dip. However, if Bitcoin’s price continues to dip, then it is “bear market mode,” Trend Rider added.

Cardano Won’t Be In The Red Forever

Crypto analyst Alan Santana has provided some form of optimism to ADA holders, stating that the crypto token won’t be red forever. He made this statement while acknowledging that Cardano has maintained a bearish outlook, having been in the red for seven weeks now. Despite that, he remains bullish on the crypto token’s future trajectory as he predicts that Cardano will experience a “big green” in the “latter part of 2024 and most of 2025.”

Santana also noted that this was an excellent time to accumulate for those who intend to enjoy the “entire bullish wave.” For those looking to invest in ADA long-term, the crypto analyst highlighted the price range of $0.40 and $0.45 as a good “buy zone.” That is also the price area Santana had previously predicted Cardano could drop to in its bid to find support.

At the time of writing, Cardano is trading at around $0.45, down almost 2% in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

Cardano At Risk Of Crashing To $0.4 As Important Metrics Turn Bearish

Cardano (ADA) risks a significant price decline as several on-chain metrics paint a bearish sentiment for the crypto token. This coincides with a recent technical analysis by a crypto analyst, who predicted that ADA could drop to as low as $0.4.

ADA Sees Decline In Trading Volume

Data from the on-chain analytics platform Messari shows a decline in ADA’s trading volume from its recent peak. The crypto token recorded a daily trading volume of $1.53 billion on March 14 but has been on a steady decline since then, recording a daily trading volume of $445.83 million on April 10.

Furthermore, data from IntoTheBlock shows three other on-chain metrics signaling a bearish sentiment for the crypto token. The first is the ‘Net Network Growth,’ which has experienced a 0.17% increase in the past week. This metric measures the total number of ADA addresses, meaning more users have left the ecosystem than new ones have come this last week.

The second metric is the ‘In the Money,’ which has seen a 0.20% decline in the last seven days. This metric measures the number of ADA holders that are currently in profit at the crypto token’s price level. Meanwhile, large transactions on the Cardano network have also dropped lately, with a 2.60 decline. These large transactions refer to transactions that are over $100,000, suggesting that ADA whales are cooling off on investing in the crypto token.

These bearish on-chain metrics further strengthen crypto analyst Alan Santana’s analysis, in which he mentioned that ADA could drop between $0.4444 and $0.3450. Back then, he noted that ADA still had a bearish outlook from a technical analysis perspective, and this outlook would extend until ADA found a strong support level on the charts.

ADA’s Derivatives Market Also Shows Bearish Outlook

Data from Coinglass shows that the bears are also firmly in control of the ADA ecosystem. In the last 24 hours, $632,720 has been wiped out from ADA’s derivatives market, with long positions ($502,170) accounting for most of these liquidations.

Meanwhile, trading volume in ADA’s derivatives market has dropped by over 11%, suggesting a declining interest in the ADA token among crypto investors. Furthermore, the Options trading volume paints a more bearish picture, dropping by 92% in the last 24 hours.

At the time of writing, ADA is trading at around $0.59, up over 1% in the last 24 hours according to data from CoinMarketCap.

ADA Price Ready To Soar As Cardano Network Hits New 88.6 Million Transaction Milestone

The Cardano (ADA) price looks set for a significant move to the upside. The network recently hit a new milestone in terms of transactions processed so far, in addition to other bullish fundamentals that could also contribute to the price surge.

Cardano Has Processed Over 88 Million Transactions

Data from Cardano’s latest weekly development report shows that the network has processed 88.6 million transactions to date. This is significant as sustained network activity can positively affect ADA’s price. Moreover, ADA has always been criticized as a “ghost chain,” this achievement dispels that notion and proves that people are actively using the network.

Cardano (ADA)

Meanwhile, the report revealed that 1,353 projects are actively building on the network, which means the network will keep expanding as more users get onboarded through those projects. Additionally, Cardano’s Fund12 officially launches on April 26, with this decentralized and innovative incubator program set to usher in a new set of developers into the Cardano ecosystem.

That event also underlines Cardano’s potential to experience exponential network growth soon enough. It is also a testament to Cardano founder Charles Hoskison’s statement that the network is growing organically like Bitcoin, seeing as the team has continued to put in the work rather than solely depending on hype.

Considering these bullish developments, ADA’s price could be well primed for a significant move to the upside. This will provide a much-needed relief for ADA holders who have continued to worry about the crypto token’s lagging price action. ADA’s price had remained pretty tepid despite the broader crypto market recording massive price gains.

ADA Price Chart Says Otherwise

From a technical analysis perspective, the Cardano ecosystem is currently bearish. Technical analyst Alan Santana recently mentioned that further price declines are more feasible as ADA’s price has continued to lag. He revealed that ADA’s weekly chart is producing a “break below the EMA10 (Exponential Moving Average) with a very strong bearish candle as the RSI (Relative Strength Index) turns red. “

Santana also suggested that ADA’s price could drop to as low as $0.34 in a bid to establish support. Therefore, he stated that the “only wise decision is to remain bearish until the chart and market conditions change.” “Once support is found and established, we become bullish again,” the analyst added.

At the time of writing, ADA is trading at around $0.58, up in the last 24 hours according to data from CoinMarketCap.

Crypto Analyst Predicts ADA Price Crash To $0.34, Why Is Cardano Founder Bullish?

Cardano (ADA) is again in the spotlight as crypto analysts continue to deliberate on its future trajectory. This time, crypto analyst Alan Santana has laid out a bearish narrative for the crypto token, which could cause its price to drop drastically.

How ADA Could Crash To $0.34

In his analysis, Santana stated that ADA’s breakout below the $0.58 price level, which has acted as support for the crypto token for five weeks, signals a bearish sentiment toward it. In line with this, he suggested that ADA’s price could further dip significantly even though it has already experienced a 30% decline from its recent price peak

The crypto analyst mentioned that a further price dip for ADA could cause its price to drop between $0.4444 and $0.3450. However, this isn’t necessarily bad for the crypto token as Santana revealed that altcoins, which have in the past seen a 2x to 3x increase in their prices, experienced corrections of such magnitude before then.

He added that before the end of their correction, all these altcoins moved to test a price range between 0.618 and 0.786 Fibonacci retracement level. From the chart he shared, one can see that the analyst stipulated that ADA could drop to as low as $0.34 because that is the price level for the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement level.

Cardano

Furthermore, Santana acknowledged that ADA could move higher from its current price level but seemed skeptical because the crypto token has continued to lag, making further price declines more feasible.

He also revealed that ADA’s weekly chart is producing a “break below the EMA10 (Exponential Moving Average) with a very strong bearish candle as the RSI (Relative Strength Index) turns red. “Once support is found and established, we become bullish again,” the analyst concluded.

Cardano Founder Is Bullish On ADA

Cardano’s founder, Charles Hoskinson, sounded bullish on the Cardano ecosystem in a recent X (formerly Twitter) post, stating that “Cardano always wins.” Hoskinson’s statement came in response to a poll to rank the best Layer-1 network. Hoskinson suggested that the poll was already biased and that Cardano would surely come out on top if it were a “fair vote.”

Meanwhile, this occurrence again highlights Hoskinson’s confidence in the Cardano network he founded. He once even compared the network to Bitcoin, noting how it was growing organically like the flagship blockchain. At different times, he also insinuated that Cardano has real network value, unlike networks like Solana.

However, so far, Cardano’s network value has failed to positively affect ADA’s price, which is undoubtedly a cause for concern among ADA holders

At the time of writing, ADA is trading at around $0.56, down over 2% in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

Here’s Why The Cardano Price Is Struggling Below $0.7

A plausible explanation has emerged for why the Cardano (ADA) price has dropped below the psychological price level of $0.7. The crypto token saw a sharp correction from its monthly peak of $0.8, recorded on March 14, and has since failed to recover such a height.

Cardano Whales Responsible For Price Decline

Data from the crypto analytics platform Santiment shows that the whale transaction count ($100,000 and above) on the network has reduced since March 14. That period was when Cardano hit a high of $0.8, which suggests that ADA whales began to take profits from then and have slowly exited their positions since then.

Crypto whales are known to have a massive impact on the market, and prices usually drop as soon as these traders begin to offload their holdings. Moreover, this wave of profit-taking isn’t peculiar only to the ADA ecosystem; these past few weeks have been marred by investors taking profits from different crypto tokens in which they were invested.

The flagship crypto, Bitcoin, was also not spared. Investors decided to take profits after weeks of seeing BTC make a parabolic run on its way to a new all-time high (ATH) of $73,750. Meanwhile, long-term ADA holders also looked to have used the opportunity to take some profits, as data from Santiment shows that a considerable amount of dormant ADA tokens were also transacted during that period.

Specifically, March 20 was a busy day for these long-term holders as 200 million ADA tokens (which had been dormant for a year) moved on that day.

Time For ADA To Run To $1

Like the broader crypto market, Cardano looks to be recovering from this recent wave of profit-taking, although at a slower pace. For its next leg up, there is the belief that the crypto token could finally break the $1 resistance. Crypto analyst Dan Gambardello recently predicted that ADA could rise to between $1.4 and $1.5 if it can break out from the $0.8 price range.

ADA whales are likely to soon return to the fold with whale transctions higher than $100,00 expected to pick up soon enough. A spike in these trasaction count would suggest that these investors are taking advantage of ADA’s current decline to accumulate more of the crypto token. That is something that could contribute to a rise in ADA’s price depending on how bullish these investors are on ADA going forward.

At the time of writing, ADA is trading at around $0.6513, down almost 4% in the last 24 hours according to data from CoinMarketCap.

Cardano (ADA) Eyes Explosive 2000% Bull Run, Targeting $12 And Quadrupling ATH

Cardano (ADA), currently positioned as the 9th largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, has encountered a downward trend following the prevailing bearish sentiment in the crypto market. Bitcoin (BTC), the market leader, has led the way in price corrections for top cryptocurrencies.

Despite ADA’s recent retracement of nearly 20% in the past week after reaching a 22-month high of $0.810 on March 14, there are indications that a potential trend reversal is on the horizon. This shift in momentum could potentially drive ADA towards reclaiming the $1 mark, which it hasn’t reached since April 2022.

Bullish Momentum Building For ADA

Crypto analyst “Trend Rider,” who shares his insights on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), has highlighted ADA’s market shift from bearish to bullish trends. Looking at the two-week chart, key moving averages are realigning, signaling a transition to a bullish framework as indicators move from red to green.

According to the analyst, this pattern is similar to a previous occurrence observed just before ADA embarked on a significant bull run.

Cardano

If history repeats itself and mirrors the April 2021 bull run, where ADA rose from $0.133 to its current all-time high (ATH) of $3.168 in less than a year, posting gains of over 2000%, a similar uptrend could easily take ADA past the $1 mark.

If another 2000% price surge materializes, it could push Cardano’s native token to reach the $12.6 level, marking a significant quadrupling of its all-time high milestone.

While the market correction continues, Trend Rider has identified crucial support lines that must be held back to maintain the bullish structure. According to the analyst, the trend support for ADA is anticipated to range between $0.45 and $0.52.

Key Cardano Metrics Soar

Cardano has shown significant progress in key metrics, as indicated by data from Token Terminal. The figures reflect a significant increase in market capitalization, trading volume, and fees, highlighting the adoption of the Cardano blockchain ecosystem.

According to Token Terminal data, Cardano’s fully diluted market capitalization is approximately $29.80 billion, representing strong growth over the past 30 days. This figure indicates the total value of all ADA tokens, including those not yet in circulation.

Furthermore, the circulating market capitalization, which factors in only the tokens currently available for trading, has also experienced a notable increase, reaching around $23.35 billion.

Cardano

Moreover, Cardano has witnessed a significant surge in trading volume over the past 30 days. The trading volume has soared to approximately $27.96 billion, reflecting an increase of 117.5%. This surge indicates heightened market activity and a growing demand for ADA tokens.

Another noteworthy aspect revealed by Token Terminal data is the substantial growth in fees generated within the Cardano network. Over the past 30 days, fees have amounted to approximately $506.07k, demonstrating a significant increase of 36.5%.

When annualized, the fees generated by the Cardano blockchain reach an estimated $6.16 million, reflecting a notable growth rate of 5.2%. This signifies the expanding usage of the Cardano network for various transactions and applications.

Cardano Ready For Breakout As Network Adoption Hits Major Milestone

Cardano is yet to venture into the $0.8 price level this year, despite most cryptocurrencies breaking past old price levels. Although the blockchain has seen some exciting developments, the price action has been a little bit behind when compared to its peers. However, Cardano continues to give investors a glimmer of hope, as activity keeps soaring to new highs.

On-chain data shows that the active addresses on the Cardano network are spiking, with the monthly active count reaching its highest in the past year.

Monthly Cardano Active Addresses Hit One-Year High

Cardano’s active address count just hit a one-year high, signaling major network adoption and hinting at big things to come. According to data from Danogo, the active addresses in the past 30 days reached 596,915 on March 11, its highest since May 2023.

Interestingly, this number almost doubles the 279,000 active addresses recorded in September 2023, the lowest monthly active addresses in the past year.

Active addresses are one of the few metrics to look at when measuring the adoption rate of cryptocurrencies. Notably, various metrics have shown a surge in activity on the Cardano network and its ability to process a high number of transactions.

A further look at the chart data presented by Danogo shows that the monthly active addresses reversed to start a spike at the end of February after going on a free fall in January.

Data from Cardano Blockchain Insights tells a similar tale of increased activity, with the active daily addresses steadying above 50,000 since February 29. Active addresses in the past 24 hours were 66,970.

A similar activity metric from IntoTheBlock shows increased activity from Cardano whales. Its large transaction metric, which measures transactions greater than $100,000, puts the number of whale transactions at 6,810 in the past 24 hours and $73.86 billion in the past seven days. For comparison, Ethereum’s large transactions stand at $63.17 billion in the same time frame.

The supply in the top 1% has also shown a strong accumulation from whales, spiking by around 60 million ADA on March 10.

ADA To Reclaim $1?

Interestingly, ADA has more than tripled from a $0.24 price in the monthly active addresses low in September. At the time of writing, ADA is trading at $0.79, up by 42% in the past 30 days.

ADA has been rejected at $0.8 twice this month already, but it is now on its way to retesting the price level again. If the bulls can push ADA above $0.8, this could give the cryptocurrency free rein to reach $1 for the first time since April 2022. Overall, the overall crypto market continues to retain a bullish sentiment, which could push ADA above $1 this month.

Cardano Price About To Explode: Crypto Pundit Reveals Next Target

Dan Gambardello, the founder of Crypto Capital Venture, has provided a bullish analysis of the current price action of Cardano (ADA). The crypto analyst also dispelled the notion that ADA won’t perform well in this bull cycle, noting that the crypto token is where it is meant to be before it takes off.

Where Cardano Is Headed

Gambardello mentioned in a video posted on his X (formerly Twitter) platform that CardanoADA could rise to $1.15 and as high as $1.50 in its next move to the upside. He made this statement while highlighting a reversal zone on the weekly chart, which was critical the last time ADA made a breakout

The crypto analyst claimed that the token is again at the lower end of this reversal zone, which happened before ADA broke out the last time. Meanwhile, looking at the order book, he revealed that there is historically a lot of interest and market participants at the $1.20 price level. As such, it is another area that could act as a “magnet for ADA at the upper end of the reversal zone.”

The crypto analyst also tried to allay the fears of those worried about ADA’s current price action. He stated that the token lagging while Bitcoin is hitting new all-time highs (ATHs) is “historically normal” and suggested that a move was imminent for ADA based on data from past cycles. Gambardello further asserted that “things are on pace,” so there is no need to be worried.

An Explanation For ADA’s Current Price Action

Gambardello also elaborated on why ADA has yet to experience any parabolic move. He alluded to the 2021 bull run when Bitcoin kept hitting new highs between December 2020 and January 2021, while Cardano lept lagging during this same period and didn’t make any move until later in January 2021.

He added that ADA was 80% from its ATH back then before it made its move and even kept declining while Bitcoin was on a surge. However, that changed all of a sudden as “ADA went crazy to the upside.” The crypto analyst went on to reaffirm his belief that ADA “does lag, but when it finally moves, it really moves very strongly.”

Gambardello had previously predicted that ADA could rise to as high as $11 in this bull cycle. Back then, he noted that the crypto token now has more robust fundamentals compared to the last bull run.

At the time of writing, ADA is trading at around $0.73, down in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

ADA Price Breakout: Analyst Predicts New All-Time High As Cardano Surges by 30%

Cardano (ADA), the ninth-largest cryptocurrency in the market, has experienced a significant price breakout, reaching $0.710 on Thursday for the first time since May 2022.

This marks a pivotal moment for ADA as it emerges from a prolonged consolidation phase encompassing the latter part of 2023 and the initial month of 2024. With the price surge, ADA now sets its sights on the $1 mark, which it last achieved in April 2022.

ADA Primed For New All-Time Highs?

The recent price breakout has sparked predictions of an imminent continuation of ADA’s uptrend, with notable potential to reach new all-time highs (ATH). Crypto analyst Trend Rider has conducted an in-depth analysis of ADA and issued an alert, signaling the possibility of a new all-time high.

According to Trend Rider, there has been a significant increase in the Trend Strength Indicator, which resembles the beginning of the legendary rally that took ADA to $3.6. In addition, with Bitcoin (BTC) nearing its peak, the analyst believes the stage is set for ADA to close the gap and rally to $3.6.

Furthermore, Trend Rider highlights the bullish nature of ADA’s Moving Average Ribbon and Money Flow Oscillator, which have turned positive after 200 weeks. These macro factors underscore the positive sentiment surrounding ADA’s potential for growth.

Cardano

Additionally, the analyst emphasizes that ADA demonstrates bull run signals previously observed when the token traded at $0.10, just before it skyrocketed to $3. Trend Rider suggests that the shift in trend indicators from bearish or neutral to bullish further reinforces the positive outlook for ADA’s price trajectory.

Cardano Market Cap And Trading Volume Soars

Coupled with ADA’s bullish indicators, Cardano has seen notable growth in various key metrics, according to data by Token Terminal.

Over the last 30 days, ADA has shown significant progress in market capitalization, trading volume, and fee generation. At the same time, fees incurred by ADA holders have decreased, providing further insight into the token’s recent performance.

Cardano’s fully diluted market capitalization has surged to $28.09 billion, marking a 27.4% increase over the past month. This metric accounts for the potential total value of all ADA tokens if they were in circulation.

Similarly, the circulating market capitalization, which reflects the value of ADA tokens currently available, has experienced a significant boost, reaching $21.94 billion, representing a 27.7% rise.

Cardano

Cardano has demonstrated its popularity in terms of trading activity, as the token’s 30-day trading volume stands at $14.69 billion. Although this figure reflects a minor decline of 4.0% compared to the previous month, it still showcases ADA’s robust liquidity and investor interest.

As for fees incurred within the Cardano ecosystem, the 30-day fee generation amounted to $396,78K, indicating a decrease of 9.7%. This fee decline suggests improved cost-efficiency for ADA holders during the given period.

Cardano

Currently, ADA is trading at $0.682, experiencing a slight correction in the past few hours. However, when examining longer time frames, the token has demonstrated significant gains of 14%, 13%, and 30% over the past seven, fourteen, and thirty days, respectively.

Cardano Adoption Explodes: ADA Price Ready To Reclaim $3.1 All-Time High?

Cardano (ADA) could be on the path to breaking new price levels in the coming weeks, as indicated by on-chain data and adoption growth. The creation of new wallets on the Cardano blockchain has seen multiple spikes on various days since the beginning of February, showing a potential influx of new money into Cardano.

According to on-chain data, new addresses on the Cardano network spiked 89% between February 22 and February. Similarly, this metric witnessed a 248% surge earlier in the month between February 1 and February 2. Such a huge influx of new wallets is a very bullish signal for ADA.

Cardano Metrics Points To Increased Interest

One of the major factors to consider when considering the adoption rate of cryptocurrencies is the amount of new wallets created. According to on-chain data, the number of new wallets added to the Cardano blockchain spiked from 1,706 on February 22 to 3,227 on February 23. Similarly, this metric witnessed a larger spike from 1,553 on February 1 to 5,414 on February 2.

While the number of new wallets created daily has slowed down since February 23, it has steadied above 1,500 since the beginning of February. The total number of wallets registered on the Cardano network has also been steadily climbing and is almost at 4.6 million addresses.

Active daily addresses have climbed above 30,000 since the beginning of the year, recently reaching 64,568 active addresses on February 16. This growth on the back end shows that interest in the Cardano ecosystem is skyrocketing as more people want to get their hands on the native ADA token. This could translate into more demand for ADA, leading to a price increase.

ADA To Reclaim $3.1 Price Level?

ADA holders have been left wondering if the price can revisit its all-time high above $3.1 this year. After ranging and trading mostly $0.6 last week, ADA has now broken past the $0.62 mark again after a 6.99% influx into the entire crypto market. At the time of writing, Cardano is now trading at $0.6211, up by 6.23% in the past 24 hours and up 29.85% in the past 30 days.

However, ADA’s path back to the all-time high of $3.1 remains difficult, as it must overcome numerous price resistances. The first stage would be to get significant traction above $0.63. If successful, ADA might launch a new rise above $0.63, reaching $0.66 for the first time since December 2023.

As long as Cardano stays above $0.66, it is in good shape to eventually reach $1.20. Many long-term holders (529,000 addresses) who bought around this price point would likely sell here to break even. But if adoption increases and demand is strong enough, ADA could power right through.

Cardano (ADA) Faces Critical Sell Signal: Crypto Analyst Raises Alarm

In a recent technical analysis by crypto analyst Ali Martinez, known on social media as @ali_charts, a potential sell signal has been identified on the three-day chart for Cardano (ADA) against the US dollar. This analysis, shared on X on February 23, suggests caution among ADA traders due to the appearance of a bearish signal from the TD Sequential indicator.

Martinez’s chart showcases the TD Sequential indicator presenting a ‘9’ signal, a classic sell indication that suggests the current trend may be exhausted and a reversal could be imminent. This signal is highlighted on the candlestick that has been forming over the last three days, marked by a red rectangle surrounding a green candlestick.

The ‘9’ setup, traditionally seen as a sign to take profits or to prepare for a trend change, implies that ADA’s recent upward momentum may face a setback. The analysis further notes that this is not the first instance of such a signal appearing on Cardano’s chart.

Cardano price analysis

Previous occurrences of the TD Sequential ‘9’ sell signal were followed by price corrections for ADA. Traders may be particularly vigilant now, as the chart indicates that the last two signals of this nature were succeeded by downward price action. Martinez remarked:

The TD Sequential indicator shows a sell signal on the #Cardano 3-day chart. It’s important to note that the last two times this indicator signaled bearish, ADA experienced a price correction!

How Low Could Cardano (ADA) Price Retrace?

As of February 23, 13:06 UTC, the ADA/USD pair shows a complex interplay between bullish and bearish signals on the daily time frame. The chart presents a constricted pattern following a descent from a local high.

The ADA price is currently trading at $0.5790. Importantly, the price is above the 20-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $0.5733, the 50-day EMA at $0.5462, the 100-day EMA at $0.5065 and notably, the 200-day EMA at $0.4487. The positioning above these EMAs can be a sign of an underlying bullish sentiment in the market.

Cardano ADA price

The Fibonacci retracement levels, drawn from the peak to the trough of the recent move, highlight significant levels of potential support and resistance. The 0.236 level at $0.5866 is immediately overhead, acting as a minor resistance level. The 0.382 level at $0.5203 and the 0.5 level at $0.4667 are key support zones to watch if a bearish reversal occurs.

A break below these levels could signal a deeper retracement towards the 0.618 level at $0.4131 or even the 0.786 level at $0.3368. However, the most crucial support at the moment is the 20-day EMA which could forebode a changing trend.

Notably, the volume has been relatively consistent, with a slight decrease in trading volume accompanying the recent price consolidation. This could indicate a lack of conviction among traders. Confirming this, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 54, indicating neither overbought nor oversold conditions. The RSI trend is neutral, providing no clear directional bias at the moment.

In conclusion, while there are hints of bearishness, there are still good arguments to be bullish on Cardano and not wait for a larger correction. However, if the price does not hold above several key EMAs on the daily chart, the trend change could be confirmed.

Cardano Poised For Massive Rally As Key Indicators Signal Bullish Reversal, ADA Surges 14%

ADA, the native token of the Cardano ecosystem, has experienced a notable surge in price, taking advantage of Bitcoin’s (BTC) stagnation above the $52,000 level. With gains of 20% and 14% over the past thirty and fourteen days, respectively, ADA has reignited bullish sentiment among investors.

The token’s recent performance has not gone unnoticed, as crypto analyst “Trend Rider” makes a bold price prediction, highlighting key indicators that suggest a potential long-term bull run for ADA.

ADA’s Potential Bull Run Ahead

In a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), Trend Rider emphasized that ADA is striving to consolidate above the crucial $0.600 mark, which holds significant prospects for the token’s future.

The analyst drew attention to an indicator called Impulse colors, which tracks the price distance from key moving averages. During the bear market, opposing trends were predominantly indicated by fuchsia and pink hues as seen in the chart below.

However, recent weeks have witnessed a return to dark blue, the most bullish color on this scale. Notably, this shift in momentum last occurred in 2020 when ADA’s price surged from $0.03 to $1.4 before the re-emergence of pink hues.

Cardano

Furthermore, Trend Rider highlighted another positive development— the Wave Oscillator has re-entered the positive zone after 20 months. According to the analyst, this shift indicates growing bullish momentum for ADA.

The pivotal level identified in this context is the $0.60 mark. To solidify this shift, ADA’s price must hold and close above $0.60, which may catalyze a bullish long-term breakout.

It is worth noting that this analysis is based on the 1-month timeframe, which significantly influences long-term market movements.

Cardano

These indicators suggest that ADA may be poised for a sustained uptrend, potentially paving the way for a long-term bull run.

Cardano Sustained Bullish Trend

According to the one-day ADA/USD chart below, Cardano’s token reached a 21-month high of $0.679 on December 28, which marked the beginning of a period of volatility in ADA’s price. Following a price correction, ADA dropped to $0.449 on January 23.

However, in line with the overall market trend, ADA has regained bullish momentum. Nonetheless, this upward movement may face resistance from bears as it encounters various obstacles.

Cardano

If the current uptrend continues in the coming weeks, ADA must overcome significant resistance levels that have hindered its growth above the $0.679 mark.

Successful consolidation above the critical $0.600 level will be crucial. ADA will face the $0.637 obstacle soon before potentially surging above $0.670, the last hurdle before reaching $0.700. Reaching this milestone would position Cardano’s native token favorably to target the $1 mark, benefiting from the overall market growth expected in the coming months of 2024.

Adding to the bullish prospects for Cardano, ADA has been establishing higher lows and higher highs during its price surge, indicating a healthy price action and a sustained bullish trend. However, it remains to be seen whether this trend can be sustained or if bears will dictate ADA’s future price direction.

Cardano Q4 2023 Report: TVL Growth And ADA Price Surge Outshine Competitors

Cardano (ADA) showcased remarkable progress during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2023, surpassing its competitors and demonstrating impressive growth in key metrics, according to a Messari report.

Average Daily Transactions Soar In Q4

The report highlights that ADA’s revenue in USD increased by 66.7% quarter-over-quarter (QoQ), driven not only by ADA’s price action but also by a 10.6% QoQ increase in revenue denominated in ADA.

Furthermore, Cardano’s Treasury balance expanded by 2.6% QoQ, reaching 1.43 billion ADA, in line with growth trends observed in previous quarters. Currently, 20% of transaction fees contribute to the treasury, which can be adjusted through governance.

Another key metric, transactions, shows that Cardano experienced 10.9% QoQ growth in average daily transactions, outpacing the 1.6% QoQ growth in daily active addresses. The ratio of transactions to active addresses has steadily increased over the past year, indicating increased power users.

In Q4, the ratio of transactions to active addresses increased 9.2% sequentially and 45.0% year-over-year (YoY), reflecting higher average activity per user due to the introduction and development of various protocols throughout 2023.

In terms of stake, active stake declined by 0.5% QoQ for the second consecutive quarter, amounting to 22.8 billion ADA. Engaged stake also remained relatively flat in the second half of 2023. However, active and engaged stake witnessed a YoY decrease of 10.2% and 9.6%, respectively.

Cardano TVL Reaches New Milestone

With the thawing of the crypto winter, the Cardano ecosystem experienced a significant surge in Total Value Locked (TVL) in USD, skyrocketing 166% QoQ and 693% YoY.

Indigo emerged as the largest protocol by TVL, surpassing Minswap. TVL of stablecoins on Cardano increased by 37% QoQ and 673% YoY, with the addition of Mehen’s USDM fiat-backed stablecoin scheduled to launch in March.

Notably, TVL in USD reached an all-time high of $449 million on December 14th, representing the Q4 growth of 166%. This surge contributed to Cardano’s rise in TVL rankings from 15th to 11th during Q4, following its initial position of 34th at the beginning of the year. TVL denominated in ADA also achieved an all-time high, peaking at just over 700 million ADA.

Cardano

According to the report, Cardano’s TVL growth was primarily driven by the introduction of new stablecoins, namely iUSD and DJED, early in 2023. Stablecoins remained a crucial indicator of decentralized finance (DeFi) health, as the total value locked in stable assets rose by 36.8% to $21.5 million. Cardano’s stablecoin market cap also improved from 54th to 32nd among other networks.

However, non-fungible token (NFT) activity declined during Q4. Transactions and trading volume in the NFT space decreased by 8.0% and 33.8% QoQ, respectively. Every year, NFT transactions and trading volume substantially declined by 58.3% and 68.3%, respectively.

The only metric to show growth in 2023 was the number of unique sellers, which increased by 213.2% YoY, averaging 270 unique sellers daily.

Lastly, ADA’s price surged 127.2% QoQ, outperforming the overall crypto market’s 53.8% increase. This Q4 surge contributed to ADA’s YoY change of 145.2%.

Cardano

As of now, ADA continues to show significant gains with its current trading price of $0.5724. This reflects a significant increase of 5.5% over the past 24 hours and 8% over the past 30 days. These figures further solidify the bullish momentum of the token as the market enters the middle of the first quarter of 2024.

Crypto Analyst Predicts Bitcoin To $100,000 But Says Cardano Is Dead, Here’s Why

Tom Dunleavy, Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at MV Capital, recently elaborated on the reason for his price predictions for Bitcoin and Cardano. As part of his predictions, the crypto analyst had, at the beginning of the year, stated that Bitcoin was going to hit $100,000 soon enough.

Why Bitcoin Will Rise To $100,000

In an interview with Scott Melker, Dunleavy alluded to the Bitcoin Halving as the reason why he believes Bitcoin will hit $100,000. Interestingly, he stated that this prediction was a “bit light” if the past post-halving numbers are to be considered. He noted how Bitcoin’s price usually sees at least a 4x increase once the Halving event takes place.

Bitcoin Halving continues to be predicted as the event that will spark the next bull run, ushering in these price increases for Bitcoin. Skybridge Capital CEO Anthony Scaramucci also referred to this event as the reason for his prediction that Bitcoin will rise to $170,000. Like Dunleavy, he also noted how Bitcoin usually sees at least a 4x increase after miners’ rewards are cut in half

Indeed, Bitcoin is known to have experienced a big rally after the Havling took place. Historically, Bitcoin’s price has seen an 8,000%, 284%, and 559% gain one year after the Halving in 2012, 2016, and 2020 respectively. Furthermore, Bitcoin’s price has hit a new all-time high (ATH) in each of these instances, making the $100,000 price prediction very feasible.

Bitcoin Cardano

Dunleavy also highlighted the Spot Bitcoin ETFs and macroeconomic factors like the expected interest rate cuts as other reasons why he thinks a 2x increase in Bitcoin’s price is a “solid base case.” These ETFs are expected to keep contributing to an increased demand for the flagship crypto token, while a rate cut is usually bullish for Bitcoin.

Why Cardano Is Dead

In his predictions for 2024, Dunleavy boldly claimed that Cardano would lose its relevance and a new chain would take its place. Elaborating on the reason for this assertion, he alluded to the network’s lack of a stablecoin and that DeFi (Decentralized Finance) was basically “non-existent” on it.

The crypto analyst went on to call Cardano’s founder, Charles Hoskinson, a “megalomaniac” who is “unwilling to change or adapt to the ecosystem.” He suggested that this was the reason why projects on the network are looking to migrate to other networks, a move which he believes is going to cause Cardano to fade off in the long run.

Dunleavy also noted how Cardano’s lack of Venture Capital (VC) has handicapped the network, considering the recognition and users these VCs bring “directly through their capital.” This was another reason why the crypto analyst wasn’t so hopeful about the network’s future.

Cardano Activity Sees New Life That Could Send ADA Price Soaring, Here Are The Targets

Cardano (ADA) has been stuck in a price rut recently, but behind the scenes, activity on the Cardano blockchain is exploding. Transaction volumes and wallet addresses are all growing, showing that interest and adoption of the network are growing rapidly. All this activity has prompted analysis of how far the crypto can spike in the near future.

Cardano On-Chain Activity Points To Future Price Growth

Cardano’s growth in development activity in recent months has rivaled other cryptocurrencies, putting it on the map among developers. Metrics show that there are currently 1,322 projects under development. Similarly, Plutus V2 scripts recently reached 18,821, and Plutus V1 scripts also stand at 6,536 to make a total of 25,357, indicating the growth of smart contracts.

These scripts are essential for deploying smart contracts on the Cardano chain and have seen a 76% growth from 14,379 scripts recorded on January 1.

At the same time, Cardano’s transaction count in the past two months has been something to boast about. The Cardano ADA network recently successfully completed 255,000 payments in 24 hours. Particularly, December and January saw Cardano process over 4 million transactions each month, showing the increasing network usage.

Active daily addresses have steadied above 30,000 since the beginning of the year, recently reaching 57,304 active addresses on February 4th. The total transaction count is now at 83.58 million. These metrics reflect the network’s ability to process a high number of transactions and its appeal to developers looking to build innovative crypto projects.

Price Targets Suggest ADA Could Reach $4 To $6 Long Term

Despite the gloomy price action in the past month, these metrics point to Cardano price sentiment changing to a more favorable one. As a result, analysts predict a bullish turnaround, with one even putting a $4 to $6 price target by 2026. This represents a 730% and 1140% growth from the current price level.

In a similar vein, crypto analyst Ali Martinez predicted a more bullish surge to $8 by January 2025, representing a 1558% surge from the current price level. Nevertheless, ADA has a lot of room to grow if Cardano can continue to attract developer and investor interest.

At the time of writing, Cardano is trading at $0.4825, with 44% of addresses still making a profit and 51% of addresses currently at a loss. While short-term volatility is likely and the road ahead still has obstacles, the long-term price outlook for ADA looks bright, and Cardano appears well positioned for future success in a wider crypto market bull run.

Crypto Analyst Says ADA Price Will Rise To $8, Here’s When

The ADA price action of late indicates that of strong support over the $0.488 price level, as the crypto continues to perform lackluster in the past month. However, according to crypto analyst Ali Martinez, Cardano’s current price performance is somewhat of a repeat of previous price action.

The analyst noted that Cardano’s price movement looks a lot like late 2020 before ADA went on a massive bull run. If history repeats itself, Cardano could be poised for another major rally that sends the price to $8.

ADA Price Chart Shows Similarities To Previous Consolidation

Cryptocurrencies are known to repeat previous price actions, giving analysts an idea of what to expect based on the outcome of the previous performance. Given this, a Cardano technical analysis shared on social media platform X by Ali Martinez looked at the crypto’s past performance.

To be more precise, the analyst noted that the current consolidation is a precursor for the bull rally that might come next. If the analysis turns out to hold, Martinez noted that ADA could consolidate until April 2024.

The last time this type of consolidation occurred, ADA would eventually break out and go on a 3,217% price surge over the next 287 days. A repeat of this phenomenon after the consolidation ends would see ADA surging close to an $8 price target in January 2025. This would represent a gain of over 1,760% from the current price level.

Current State Of Cardano

ADA’s price action points to the creation of lower highs since it reached a 2023 peak of $0.6655 on December 14, 2023. Particularly, the crypto recently got rejected around the $0.5241 price level, indicating the lack of strong buying momentum from the bulls.

On-chain data from IntoTheBlock shows that 45% of ADA addresses are currently making a profit, with the recent analysis pointing to this metric remaining the same at least until April. However, there is no guarantee ADA will follow Martinez’s predicted pattern or hit his $8 target as the crypto market is notoriously volatile and difficult to predict.

On the activity end of things, Cardano processed over 4 million transactions in December and January. There has also been a 67% growth in the implementation of smart contracts on the Cardano (ADA) network, according to recent reports

Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, asserted that the Cardano blockchain is significantly more advanced than Bitcoin in terms of development, layer-2 networks, and flexibility to accommodate developers on the blockchain.

Although Cardano is up by 2.62% in the past seven days, a larger 30-day timeframe shows the crypto down by 9.37%.
